Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I find my competition?

Make sure your search radius is set wide enough in Settings. Try increasing to 50 or 100 miles. Competitions are also filtered by date — check that the event is within the upcoming 30-day window. If the competition is from a producer we don't yet support, schedules may not be available.

Schedule shows "Notify Me" — when will it be available?

Performance schedules are typically published by producers 1–2 weeks before the event. Once published, our system picks them up automatically within a few hours. Tap "Notify Me" to get an alert as soon as the schedule goes live.

My team's time is wrong or missing

Schedules are imported directly from the competition producer's published PDF. If a time looks incorrect, it may reflect a last-minute change by the producer. Check the producer's official website for the latest version and contact us if you believe there's an error.

The app isn't loading any competitions

Check your internet connection. If you're offline, the app will show a yellow banner and serve cached data from your last session. For a fresh load, make sure you have a signal and pull down to refresh.

How do I save my favorite teams?

Open any competition schedule and tap the star icon next to a team's name. Saved teams appear in the Teams tab and can be used to filter any schedule instantly.

Which producers are supported?

We support Spirit Sports, Spirit Unlimited, Cheer Power, Spirit Cheer, NCA, NDA, USA All Star, ACDA, Open Championship Series (ASWC), CheerTheory, Redline, Winner's Choice, ROC Spirit, Shout Cheer, JAMfest, CHEERSPORT, and more — with new producers added regularly.
